Women’s Apparel E-Commerce CompanyPosition: E-commerce | Digital Marketing Manager Almina Concept is seeking an E-commerce | Digital Marketing Manager to join our team Major Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to boost website traffic, enhance user experience, and increase conversions and revenue goals.
  • Growth Marketing: Own and execute paid ads in Meta, google, Pinterest, Tiktok with a focus on CPA, ROAS, incrementality, and profitability at scale.
  • Website Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify site, including product uploads, content creation, order processing, customer service, and troubleshooting. Enhance user experience to make it intuitive and egaging.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor web analytics, analyze website and campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Reports all key metrics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotions, SEO strategies, email campaigns, and social media content. Lead eCommerce development projects and collaborate with external resources and vendors.
  • Influencer / Social Media: Own Dash Hudson and influencer outreach/giftings.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Own and execute all affiliate marketing channels to increase conversion and revenue.
  • Customer Support: Oversee customer support processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Catalog: Manage and update the product catalog, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.
  • Fulfillment & Logistics: Coordinate with fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure timely order delivery.
  • Website Management: Collaborate with web developers to maintain a functional and efficient website aligned with our branding.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on emerging e-commerce trends and best practices, particularly those specific to the Shopify platform.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to online selling regulations and best practices.
  • Events: Help drive brand awareness and execute marketing initiatives to all Almina Concept Events.
Required Competencies:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on Shopify Plus.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, as well as strong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of e-commerce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Proven ability to organize and present e-commerce data effectively to support decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across organizational boundaries.
  • Experience with content management and site merchandising.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Track record of delivering results and making impactful decisions
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and execution skills
  • Expertise in current eCommerce industry best practices
  • Extensive knowledge of the Shopify eCommerce platform and SEO/SEM
  • Demonstrated dedication with the ability to lead projects from origin through execution
  • Ability to learn, contribute and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
  • Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach
